Although our initial background is in wireline, we have established a team with 50+ years of combined experience in wireless construction. Although a new company, we instill identical values of SECC Corp (Wireline) & deliver quality service day in & day out. With yard/office locations scattered through Southern California, we are positioned strategically to service the local wireless markets. Low field experience, Apprentice to lead technician, able to build knowledge of customer spec and requirements, become familiar with methods and procedures to safely and quickly complete required scopes, accrue tools required of the trade.
As a Training Foreman, this position is responsible for reading and understanding the requirements of the job, assigning duties for completion, and monitoring the crew to ensure work is being completed efficiently and within quality standards. As Training Foreman, this position is responsible for constructing of Wireless Infrastructure while maintaining timelines and managing budgets accordingly.
