At SECC Wireless, with the support of our wireline company (SECC Corp), we have expanded our safety beyond a standard startup company’s capacity. With the same mindset of getting our employees home safely every day, but with the addition of several new management team members that come from a background in wireless operations & safety. Across all levels of management, our safety culture is engrained in our day-to-day work, which is reflected in our safety metrics (DART, Ex-Mod, Incident Rate). With both internal & external resources dedicated to our company’s safety, we take a comprehensive & systematic approach that has a proven track record at SECC Corp. Although we are a newly developed company, our core team consists of a highly experienced group that has supported the development of wireless infrastructure for the past 20 years. Tower Foreman

High level of experience, capable of reading job docs, understands project SOW and executing work in a safe and efficient manner. Must obtain troubleshooting abilities. Manage crew members and delegate duties as needed. Ensure safe work practices onsite.

Lead Technician - Top Tower hand

Intermediate – mid-level experience, fully understand typical scopes and roles within, Has personal tools for required for the job, development of skills to continue learning. Climbing experience.

Tower Technician

Low field experience, Apprentice to lead technician, able to build knowledge of customer spec and requirements, become familiar with methods and procedures to safely and quickly complete required scopes, accrue tools required of the trade.

Training Foreman

As a Training Foreman, this position is responsible for reading and understanding the requirements of the job, assigning duties for completion, and monitoring the crew to ensure work is being completed efficiently and within quality standards. As Training Foreman, this position is responsible for constructing of Wireless Infrastructure while maintaining timelines and managing budgets accordingly.
